Safe tips for avoiding wrong top-ups

To avoid purchasing top-ups for the wrong game or with the wrong user ID, we suggest taking these precautions:

2. If the name of the game you are playing has a resemblance to some of the games on Eneba, we recommend looking at the game's logo on the Google Play Store

3. Make sure you enter the correct user ID in the correct format. For more information about each game, please refer to

4. Always check the data you entered before proceeding with the transaction or clicking the Buy Now button. Then check again on the confirmation page that appears after clicking Buy Now.

 

Please note that if you have completed the payment but provided the wrong user ID, selected the wrong game or item, Eneba cannot refund your purchase or move the item to a different user ID/game.
