I cannot redeem my coins. What should I do?

If a redemption isn't going through, run through these quick checks:

•  Stop any active tracking: Some redemptions don't process while a game session is still running. Close the session in Snakzy and try again.
• Check the threshold: Your first big payout requires 35,000 coins. After that, each reward has its own minimum (most start at $10).
• Update the app: An outdated version can cause Shop glitches. Always check the Play Store for any pending updates.
• Restart the app and retry the redemption.
