The game is having technical issues, what can I do?

If the game itself is crashing, freezing, or showing in-game errors that aren't related to Snakzy tracking, the fastest fix is usually through the game's own support team, as we are not the providers and we cannot fix it. They can help with bugs, save data, and in-game accounts much better than we can.
If the issue is affecting how Snakzy tracks your progress (tasks not completing, levels not registering, rewards missing), that's where we come in. Please drop us a message with the game name and what's happening, and add a screenshot showing the inconvenience (for example, a screenshot showing your current level if it is a leveling issue, or a purchase receipt if the issue is with a purchase task). We'll check things from our end.
